Accessibility Statement

DVT-Daten-Verfertigung-Tirol GmbH strives to make its website barrier-free in accordance with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and Council.

State of compliance with the requirements

Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, this website is partially compliant with conformance level AA of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG 2.1" or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08).

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

Some images are missing alt text, making this information inaccessible to screen reader users. This means that WCAG success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content) is not met.
Some recorded videos are missing subtitles, making the spoken content unavailable for deaf users. This means that the WCAG success criterion 1.2.2 (captions recorded) is not met.

The site content is missing level 2 through 6 headings, failing WCAG Success Criteria 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships) and 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels).
On some pages, text and images fall below the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio of text. Thus, the WCAG success criterion is 1.3.3. Contrast (minimum) not met.
The purpose of some links is not determined by the link text alone, or by the link text and its software-determined link context. This means that the WCAG success criterion 2.4.4 link purpose (in context) is not met.

Some content that requires user input is not provided with labels or instructions. Thus, WCAG success criterion 3.3.2 labels or instructions is not met.

Some parts of the user interface cannot be sufficiently determined by software. This means that the WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 name, role, value is not met.

Some download links do not contain file type and size information. Thus, the WCAG success criterion 2.4.4 link purpose (in context) is not met.

disproportionate burden

Some videos do not have an audio description. This means that the WCAG success criterion 1.2.5 (audio description recorded) is not met. The cost of fixing the issue has been assessed. We believe this would now impose a disproportionate burden under accessibility regulations.

The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation
Many older PDF documents and Word documents are not accessible. For example, they are not tagged so that screen reader users cannot, or only insufficiently, capture them with structural information. This means that the WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 (name, role, value) is not met.

Creation of this accessibility statement

This declaration was created on September 10, 2020. The statements in the declaration regarding compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 are correct and are based on an actual assessment of compliance in the form of a self-assessment carried out.
